Trouble Shooting
Reboot your device by unpluging it from the electrical not from the TV make sure you see the device go off and come back on to reboot it properly.
Reboot Wifi To reboot your Wi-Fi properly, unplug both devices, then plug in the modem let the two blue lights light up solid then plug in the router and let the blue light get solid.
